From sitting at desks, driving cars, the way we walk and even to the way we sleep, our postural health is imperative for a fit and healthy life. Joint pains and subsequent dysfunction in our body can all be resolved from the way we carry ourselves. We want to work with chiropractors and experts in the field to develop tailored seminars and recourses in how to best optimise postural health, in turn decreasing the dependency we have on modern day medicine. We intend for resources to be explained theoretically and displayed practically with live workshops that can tailor fitness plans according to height, weight, gender, age and goals.
