Yoga is a tradition that has been practice in the eastern hemisphere for thousands of years. It is not the same as we see in the west today however yoga has unbelievable benefits to health. We want to reignite these traditions to ensure we can reap the benefit of such practices, understand why they were introduced and implement them in our individual lives for a fitter lifestyle. We intend for resources to be explained theoretically and displayed practically with live workshops that can tailor fitness plans according to height, weight, gender, age and goals.
