To be healthy, we need to ensure our cardiovascular health is optimal. If we don’t look after these areas of our health, we are so much more susceptible to illness and disease. We intend for resources to be explained theoretically and displayed practically with live workshops that can tailor fitness plans according to height, weight, gender, age and goals.

This course and associated resources are yet to be developed and are displayed to show the vision. If you are qualified, experienced, or just simply passionate, please contact us here. If you would like to develop a learning resource for the community or already have learning resources developed and wish to host them on the VLE, do not hesitate to contact us.
