The type of food we eat can dictate whether we lead a healthy lifestyle. Food can be the source of many diseases and illness should it be misused. We understand the body works different for everyone and therefore, this course is designed to be tailored for young people all the way through to the elderly. We intend for resources to be explained theoretically and displayed practically with live workshops that can tailor fitness plans according to height, weight, gender, age and goals.

This course and associated resources are yet to be developed and are displayed to show the vision. If you are qualified, experienced, or just simply passionate, please contact us here. If you would like to develop a learning resource for the community or already have learning resources developed and wish to host them on the VLE, do not hesitate to contact us.
